Harrods will be selling a £100,000 saucepan later this year. The princely pan features more than 1kg of solid gold, and is studded with an incredible 200 diamonds. The manufacturer Fissler claims it’s the world’s most expensive pot – the pen pushers at Guinness World Records have been duly notified.
I’d be tempted to buy one myself to boil spuds, but as it isn’t dishwasher-safe I’ll have to pass.
