A wonderful, innovative billboard ad for Anando Milk by McCann Erickson India. It’s been shortlisted for a Lion.

Some rather brilliant chaps at the Berlin Technical University have created a rather wacky and wonderful architectural gem in the form of a kindergarden school.

The Urbantine Project competition offers unrecognised architects the opportunity to showcase their ideas three-dimensionally during London Design Week. The brief is to design a solution to the issue of rapid change in the 21st century workplace, with an emphasis on communication and technology.

The award-winning Casulo is surely the way forward for furnishing affordable in a jiffy. The “apartment in a box” really does have everything you need to get your home up-and-running in no time:
- wardrobe
- single bed with mattress
- large desk/table with separate lockable drawers
- revolving, height adjustable desk chair
- two stools
- shelving unit

The humble Post-It Note – life as we know it would come to an abrupt end without these excellent little squares of paper. Most people write notes on them, but a few knowledgeable artists and stationery scientists do all sorts of wonderful things with them.
The following art installation (for want of a better term – is it “street art”?) is currently on display in New York.

Unsold copies of notorious pop mongrel Robbie Williams‘ latest album Rudebox are to be recycled and used to surface roads in China.
On the one hand, I pity Robbie; he’s received a resounding thumbs down from the public, who’ve chosen not to invest his latest creative endeavour. However, one must give credit to EMI for their clever (and very PR-worthy!) recycling initiative.
